Why Small Businesses Matter in Westport: PREOH

Why small businesses matter

Buy small, do big things for your community

Why Small Businesses Matter shines the spotlight on local merchants who donate their time, talent, goods and services for the betterment of our community. The local store movement is going viral as local businesses that are “tagged” get a chance to share their story!

You are IT PREOH!

Four questions to Peter Lane, founder of PREOH.

Why did you start your business?

I started my business to change the real estate industry by saving 80% commission on sellers when they sell their home.

What is your best-selling product / service?

The best product is Preoh’s 1% total commission for selling a house – no one in the market does!

How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?

We use and recommend attorneys, contractors and related home service companies to support our business – Kramer & Ahern, Gault Energy, Landtech, Total Mortgage, Colonial Home Improvement. August west chimney sweeps, Pease septic tank, etc.

Have you “reimagined” your small business?

As a NEW Real Estate Technology Brokerage Company, we’re always rethinking how we can save the end consumer money!

Peter would like to name Landtech in Westport to be listed next!
