SALTEX 2021 celebrates return to NEC Birmingham in November

SALTEX 2021 (Sports Amenities Landscaping Trade Exhibition) returns in November to the NEC Birmingham. Anyone working with or associated with landscape design and management will once again have the opportunity to see a wide range of new and innovative products and services from leading suppliers when the doors to this turf management event s ‘will open on November 3 and 4, 2021.

And to add to the joy this year, the event will be celebrating its 75th anniversary. Organized by the Grounds Management Association (GMA), the event brings together grounds managers, grounds staff, grounds maintenance managers, greenkeepers and all other stakeholders involved in the management of sports fields, landscaping and amenities in the UK. In addition, the event provides a wealth of information and ideas for landscape architects, designers, contractors, gardeners, foresters and horticulturalists.

The show will feature a wide range of booths ranging from lawn care machines, fertilizers, wetting agents, seeds, sod, aggregates and treatments, weed control, facility management services, fencing and landscaping. This is the perfect opportunity for visitors looking to increase the efficiency of their business and improve their operations for support and advice.

Eco Village presents sustainable technology

In addition to a wide range of innovative products on display in the three large halls, visitors to SALTEX will have the chance to see an “electrifying” showcase of products in a dedicated space at the fair called Eco Village. With a program of daily demonstrations of cutting edge sustainable technologies, the Eco Village offers visitors a unique chance to witness a multitude of products in action.

SALTEX hosts the most technologically advanced showcase of equipment, products and services in land management. Many are rightly celebrated at the show and none more so than at the SALTEX Innovation Awards.

Innovation Award

Since its launch at SALTEX 2017, the Innovation Awards have showcased some of the most innovative and innovative products and services in the green space maintenance industry. Visitors will have the chance to see every entry on the show and there will be a winner in each of a wide range of product categories – so keep an eye out for news on when and where the final ceremony will take place in the show.

Learning LIVE Educational Programs

There will also be a number of educational opportunities through Learning LIVE – SALTEX’s comprehensive and free education program. Learning LIVE will take place in large seminar rooms located in the exhibition hall and present a wide range of topics that could be of particular benefit to those working in the landscaping industry.

Landscape designers may well be interested in Lawn Care Legends LIVE, which will take place on the first day of the show and provide a fantastic networking opportunity. Lawn Care Legends, a Facebook group established in July 2016, is a thriving online community with over 4,000 active members worldwide. It is above all a group for all landscapers and gardeners to showcase their work and knowledge and ultimately help each other. Now the Legends are coming to SALTEX and all are welcome.
