Concord Hospitality hotels now operate on PVNG by Aptech
Concord Hospitality Enterprises recently completed the transition of 135 owned and / or operated hotels to PVNG, an Aptech enterprise accounting solution. PVNG offers the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Statistics, Finance, and Bank Reconciliation software that today’s hotel operators are looking for with browser navigation. Innisfree Hotels has promoted Chef Manuel Rodriguez to Corporate Director, Food & Beverage, overseeing all food and beverage experiences at Innisfree properties on the Gulf Coast in Florida, Alabama, Louisiana and Caroline from the south.

Rodriguez, who received a classical training in the culinary arts and spent over a decade running professional kitchens, joined the Innisfree family in 2020 to lead culinary operations at one of their hotels. Originally from Washington, DC, he has cooked for politicians and dignitaries around the world.

Galgorm Resort Collection embarks on new properties with Maestro PMS
Galgorm Resort Collection, Northern Ireland’s premier luxury, uses Maestro PMS’s mobile contactless tools to welcome guests to its many properties.

All Galgorm Resort Collection properties use the following Maestro integrated modules: Analytics; Reception; Club and Spa; Digital recording; Customer experience measurement (GEM); Membership; Sales and catering; Spa & Activities; and performance management.

Galgorm Resort Collection streamlines operations between Maestro and the Amadeus HotSOS workforce management system to enable its team to complete checklists, record maintenance tasks, record water temperature and chemical tests in the spa, as well as managing its housekeeping service. Via Maestro, HotSOS receives information on maintenance issues, which rooms are ready and which rooms require additional services to be set up.

The brand is also in the final phase of commissioning with IDeaS RMS and integration with Maestro’s yield and rate management module to enhance its revenue management team with decision making and maximization of potential revenue.
