Americana Estates Community Resident receives a home

Denver, Colorado, Oct. 13, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — A resident of Americana Estates in Kalamazoo, Michigan, had his home exterior remodeled by an all-volunteer crew.

Volunteer YES Communities team members Jen Fulmer of Jen Clean, Hutcherson Construction, Woodland Lawn Care and Garlow Property Maintenance worked to freshen up the property of local resident Patty Millsap. The team rebuilt the front stairs, built a new deck and back door, repainted the exterior walls and refreshed the home’s landscaping.

The YES Communities Hug-A-Home program was developed to help residents by funding and allocating volunteer time to YES team members to provide assistance to deserving residents.
